Experience Flight Simulator in different settings, on different platforms (PC and Console), and, with hardware from premier flight simulation brands.
Workshops
Learn more about flight simulation during our seminars. Whether you’re a beginner or expert, we have a varied program on Friday (evening), Saturday and Sunday.
Socialize
Get a drink in our Community Area to talk with other flightsimmers about issues and solutions.
On Saturday we will host a MSFS B.A.R. meet-up on the event’s floor. (registration required)

Flightsim Fest 2026
Flightsim Fest is the flight simulation event for anyone. Whether you already logged thousands of (virtual) flight hours, or looking to purchase your first flight simulator gear; you can find the solution that suits you best.
From joystick to yoke, or PC to PlayStation or Xbox, and even Virtual Reality to motion simulation. We got all aspects covered.
As Flightsim Fest is part of SimFormula an entry ticket for the (complete) event is required.

What to expect on Flightsim Fest
Hands-on Experience
Try out various flight controllers, in various configurations: from couch gaming, to a motion VR-experience.
Workshops
Learn all about Flight Simulation from one of our experts. We have workshops for both beginners and more experienced pilots.
Air Races
Feel the adrenaline pumping during the Flightsim Fest 2026 Air Races. Try to beat the fastest time of the weekend to win flight simulation prizes.
B.A.R. Meet-up
Join the Microsoft Flight Simulator community meet-up on Saturday. Entrance is completely free, but registration is required.
Sim Formula Europe
Fan of Sim Racing? Make sure to visit SimFormula Europe; the biggest simracing expo in The Netherlands. Visiting the expo is included in your ticket.
Interclassics Maastricht
Your ticket is also valid at the Interclassics Classic Car event. With your ticket you can take a look at hundreds of classic cars, famous cars, sports cars, and more.

Microsoft Flight Simulator Community Meet-up
Meet with other Flightsim enthusiasts during the first official B.A.R.-event in The Netherlands.
Join us during Flightsim Fest for a day of hands-on experiences, seminars, networking, socializing and fun!
Microsoft Community members have free entrance to Flightsim Fest on Saturday. Pre-registration is required. Tickets are limited.

No, unfortunately not.
Flightsim Fest is part of a bigger event for which entrance tickets are required. With your ticket you have access to a (classic) car show, Sim Formula (Sim Racing event), and Flightsim Fest.
No. You do not need to print your ticket, as long a you can present your QR-code (i.e. on a mobile phone).
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Please note that transfers to and from a flight seat may be required for some demos.
You can reach MECC by car, bus, or train.
Please note that parking at MECC costs € 4,00 / hour, with a maximum of € 19,00.
Children are most certainly welcome at Flightsim Fest, however some demos are not suitable for children under 12 years old.
Children up to 15 years can purchase tickets at a reduced rate. Children up to 7 years can enter for free. (This applies to non-earlybird tickets only!)
